Bespoke furniture
Commissioned pieces shaped through conversation and careful making.
How it begins
Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation.
A space that isn’t quite working.
A need for something that does not yet exist.
From there we sketch, measure, test and refine until the piece feels inevitable in its setting.
The process
Each project is developed carefully in response to its setting. Materials are selected for longevity, proportion is refined through testing, and every detail is resolved before making begins.
-
Conversation
Listening carefully. Understanding what the space needs.
-
Design
Drawing, refining, testing proportion.
-
Making
Careful joinery. Honest materials. Built to endure.

Considering a project?
If you have a space that isn’t quite resolved, I’d be glad to hear about it.
