Orders are shipped from Cornwall, United Kingdom.

Made-to-order furniture

Items listed as made to order are built individually in the studio once an order has been placed.

Lead times are indicated on the product page and reflect the time required for careful making. Lead times may vary slightly depending on the current workshop schedule.

When an item is ready for dispatch, customers will be notified by email with shipping details.

UK shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via insured courier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible. For larger furniture pieces, shipping may be arranged directly with the customer once the item is ready for dispatch.

International shipping

International shipping is available for many items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible. In some cases, particularly for larger furniture pieces, shipping will be quoted separately after purchase.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping damage

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, contact the studio as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the item so that the issue can be resolved.

Lost shipments

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. If a shipment appears lost in transit, the studio will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.
